This is my blog that I am currently using as a holding page whilst my website, www.adamnathancatering.com is being built.
I have had a year of cuisine and patisserie training at Le Cordon Bleu London, and have now started my own catering company.
As you can tell by the name, I use this blog to talk about food and football, with the former taking priority at this stage. I have received lots of requests to use this space as an amateur chef's guide, answering cooking questions wherever possible, so if there is anything you'd like to know, please ask away and I'll do my best to reply!
I will also be putting some sample menus and recipes on here, so keep up to date with what is going on with the business here and I hope to have a full website built by the middle of February.
